Monitor your lungs as they saturate your blood with oxygen using a Pulse Oximeter.  

(Note a saturation of 94 Percent or more is, usually, considered normal, as the saturation drops below 94 percent the patient is considered short of breath.  As this number drops lower the shortness of breath is characterized as mild to moderate to severe).
